Jiangsu is located in the central part of the eastern coastal area of China, bordered by the Yellow Sea to the east, and adjacent to Shanghai, Zhejiang, Anhui, and Shandong provinces. Together with Shanghai and Zhejiang, Jiangsu forms the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration, which has become one of the six major world-class city clusters internationally. Jiangsu boasts extremely rich tourism resources, featuring the picturesque waterscapes of the Jiangnan region with its small bridges and flowing streams, exquisite and elegant classical gardens, vast and misty lakes and mountains, grand imperial tombs, and ancient temples with long histories. With its beautiful scenery and rich cultural heritage, Jiangsu is an excellent destination for tourism.
