中国（阿尔山）旅游大会于2023年9月2日至3日在内蒙古自治区兴安盟阿尔山市举办。

       阿尔山，意为“温暖而圣洁的泉水”，位于中国内蒙古自治区兴安盟西北部，1996年6月设立县级市，行政辖区面积7408平方公里，常住人口6.8万人。

       阿尔山生态环境优越，森林覆盖率81.2%，绿色植被覆盖率95%，有47条大小河流，大气环境质量优良天数比例99%，是中国气候生态市、国家生态文明建设示范市和“绿水青山就是金山银山”实践创新基地。阿尔山旅游资源丰富，境内分布三大矿泉群，七大天池和全球面积最大、保存最完整的龟背状熔岩地貌，现有1个世界地质公园、1个5A级景区、2个4A级景区、2个国家森林公园、3个国家湿地公园。

       2014年1月26日，习近平总书记考察阿尔山时深情赞誉“阿尔山自然风光四季都很美”，殷切期盼“阿尔山的旅游一定会火起来”。近年来，阿尔山先后荣获中国优秀旅游城市、国家生态旅游示范区、“一带一路”国际健康旅游目的地、十佳温泉小镇、避暑旅游优选地等殊荣。

Arxan, which means “warm and sacred spring water” in Mongol, is located in the northwest of Hinggan Meng, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, China. It was authorized to govern as a county-level city since June 1996, with an administrative area of 7,408 square kilometers and a resident population of 68,000.

Arxan boasts a superior ecological environment, with a forest coverage rate of 81.2%, a green vegetation coverage rate of 95%, 47 rivers of various sizes, and a proportion of 99% of days with excellent air quality. It is recognized as a Chinese Ecological City, a National Ecological Civilization Construction Demonstration City, and an innovative & practices base of the concept “Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets.” Arxan is rich in tourism resources, housing three major mineral spring groups, seven large heavenly lakes, and the world’s largest and best-preserved turtle-back lava terrain. The city currently has one World Geological Park, one 5A-level scenic spot, two 4A-level scenic spots, two National Forest Parks, and three National Wetland Parks.

On January 26, 2014, General Secretary Xi Jinping, during his visit to Arxan, praised, “Arxan’s natural scenery is beautiful in all four seasons,” and expressed his earnest hope that “tourism in Arxan will surely flourish.” In recent years, Arxan has successively won numerous accolades, including Top Tourist City of China, National Ecological Tourism Demonstration Area, “Belt and Road Initiative” International Medical Tourism Destination, Top Ten Hot Spring Towns, and Preferred Summer Resort.
